Heritage Vision Plans offers discount vision care programs as a less expensive way to receive significant savings on eye examinations, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Discount programs are the perfect way to offer your participants a vision benefit without having to incur the cost of claims. It is also an alternative for smaller employers who would like to offer their employees a vision benefit at a lower cost.

Discounts are available at all of Heritage Vision Plans' network ophthalmologists, optometrists and opticians. Your employees and/or retirees and their dependents pay reduced prices on eye examinations, lenses, frames and contact lenses. Participants receive a Heritage Vision Plans discount card, which they may present at any participating provider, to receive the discount.
